A recovery update can resolve camera, network, touchscreen, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth software problems. Back up your data first. Update your Mac and iTunes, open Finder on macOS Catalina or later (or iTunes on older macOS/Windows), connect the device and enter recovery mode. On iPhone 8 or later, press and release Volume Up, then Volume Down, then hold the side button until recovery mode appears. On iPhone 7/7 Plus, hold the side and Volume Down buttons. On iPhone 6s or earlier, hold Home and the side/top button. In Finder or iTunes choose Update to reinstall iOS without erasing data. If the download takes over 15 minutes and recovery mode exits, let it finish and repeat. If the problem remains, contact us for warranty assistance.
